• Your home will be cleaned according to the cleaning plan you purchased and the additional instructions provided during your customer set-up process. Email confirmations on Pricing and Set-Up Instructions are always emailed to the customer prior to service.  The Team Leader must be allowed to complete the Quality Checklist at the end of the job to confirm the home passed our inspection.

• If you believe the service doesn’t meet the description of the cleaning plan you purchased or any area was not cleaned to reasonable quality standards, notify It's Maid Day within 3 days of your service in question.  We will offer a re‐clean of those areas in question, according to your initial instructions.

​

• If your reasonable expectations have not been met after the re-cleaning, you will not be asked to pay for the service.
