• Any maid service that provides protection to their employees and to homeowners will be able to provide their certificate of insurance as part of their quote.

  • Any quote should include a list of items cleaned

  • If we match a lower price it will be based on their cleaning tasks

    • Subject to our minimum price of $130

• The competitor's quote must include the name and phone number of the maid service on their letterhead or from an email with the name of the company in the email address. 

  • The quote must be for the same house

  • The quote must be for the same frequency.  (Initial Cleaning, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, etc)

    • A Bi-Weekly Cleaning price is not the same as a First Time / Occasional cleaning price ​
